DELIVERY CHARGES: Postage + Packing is charged at a standard £3.95, regardless of the quantity ordered. Please note that we are unable to post to anywhere other than to the mainland UK at this time, and that delivery can take up to 14 days during busy periods.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: We will accept any customer requests for an exchange or a refund providing the product is returned in its original packaging and is in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be at the customer's own expense (unless the item is faulty) and we would recommend that a certificate of postage is obtained in case the parcel fails to reach us.
